I got an I touch 4 but I have no apps. I don’t want to purchase any apps though, I just want them free. When I try and go select it I have to create an account as I create it it asks for my credit card number and won’t let me move on until it’s filled in. If I put in

You’re only charged for the apps that you purchase. They keep your CC number on file so it’s seamless and easy to do so. Which, naturally, makes users leery.
